Australian Laser & Cosmetic Academy – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Australian Laser & Cosmetic Academy website. Skin Academy Unit Trust ABN: 32
783 936 351 agrees to supply the customer goods and/or services subject to the terms and
conditions set out in this agreement. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or
by completing the registration process to become a member of ALCA, you agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions. ALCA may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time
and any amendment will become effective immediately.

Definitions
Course: courses and training provided by us via Zoom and in Clinic
Theory: all information, instructions and theory materials provided to you before or
during the Course
Model: the live model patients attending the Course to allow you to administer the
treatments.

* This course is for enrolled nurses, registered nurses and doctors looking to expand
their skillset and become certified Cosmetic Injectors. Enrolled Nurses have inject
limitations please refer to the APHRA website prior to booking.

Participants: means the person enrolled in the course provided by ALCA.

Participants Agreement

1. Your place on the Course is non-refundable and non-cancellable
2. You guarantee that all information that you provided to us when enrolling in the
   course is accurate, including information relating to your qualification, profession,
   experience registration number.
3. Full payment of the balance is required to be paid 10 days prior to the date of the
   enrolled course.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. ALCA does not offer a refund for a change of mind.
2. Cancellation by the Participant will incur fees as follows:
   a. Cancellations more than 21 days prior to the enrolled course start date will
   incur a fee of 25% (being non-refundable) of the course fees.
   b. Cancellation 20 days or less, but more than 14 days prior to the enrolled
   course start date will incur a fee of 75% of the course fees. Participants will
   receive a 25% refund if fees have been paid in full.
   c. Cancellation within 14 days of enrolled course start date will incur a fee of
   100% of the course fees. Participants will receive no refund.
3. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
   in receipts issued. ALCA reserves the right to make adjustments to information or
   pricing with or without notice due to typographical errors, market fluctuations,
   manufacturers’ price changes, etc. that may occur at any time.

Participants obligations

1. You agree that we may use your name, photograph and any testimonial or review you
   give to us in respect of the Courses to promote the Courses in any media, anywhere in
   the world without restriction.
2. All information provided to ALCA by the Participant must be accurate and correct to
   the best of the Participants knowledge
3. The Participant must not do any of the following while accessing ALCA resources and
   services:

a. Make any copy, record or photograph any or part of the course
material/intellectual property provided by ALCA as part of the Services;
b. Operate any business in direct competition with ALCA with the use of any
materials or knowledge provided by ALCA under this agreement

Liability

1. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the Course is appropriate and suitable
   for your needs and relevant qualifications
2. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided by ALCA do not
   guarantee any particular result.
3. Under no circumstances will ALCA be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by
   the Participant it’s servants, agents and contractors and the Participant acknowledges
   this express limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly.
4. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that ALCAs liability is limited to the amount
   equivalent to the cost of the Services supplied by ALCA for the Services provided
5. The participant permits ALCA an unlimited non-exclusive authority to use any
   trademarks, logos or other branding images owned or controlled by the Participants for
   marketing and promotional purposes.

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced
under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the
courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Australia.
